Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Canada to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex identity and profile modernization program.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across authentication, data migration, and security/compliance while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. You will partner with client stakeholders, drive governance, and own risk/quality management, with a focus on scalable Dev, QA, and production outcomes in a cloud-first

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery/program/project management for software engineering with multi-workstream deliveries
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD and QA automation, with identity/authentication delivery experience
• Comfortable with cloud-based architectures, preferably Azure, and close collaboration with DevOps/engineering leads

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated delivery plan across scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID and cutover/hypercare
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and tradeoffs
• Organize cross-functional delivery teams and foster a high-performing environment with onboarding and continuous improvement
• Own RAID and quality practices; partner with security/privacy on PII, consent and auditing requirements
• Manage scope, budget and staffing to ensure profitability and keep delivery GREEN

The Delivery Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of a customer identity and profile modernization program, migrating from SAP Gigya to Microsoft Entra External ID.
