DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants in Vancouver seeks a Cloud Bookkeeper/Cloud Accountant with QuickBooks Online experience to join our expanding Cloud Accounting team. You’ll maintain client financial records in QBO and support tools like Hubdoc, Plooto, and Payment Evolution to deliver accurate, timely reporting for small and medium businesses.

With 2+ years in accounting or cloud bookkeeping, you’ll communicate clearly with clients, stay organized, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, cloud accounting, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online; Xero or Sage 50 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations, coding, A/P and expense management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Handle GST/HST/PST filings and maintain tax compliance for clients.
• Onboard new clients into QBO and ensure proper data setup and conversions.
• Maintain organized client records and support efficient workflows.
