The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources. This involves balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. This mandate is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada will be considered; this is a virtual work opportunity (1-2 days in office per month may be required for meetings).
Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Manager will execute processes and solve challenges related to external resources—during setup, on contract, renewal, or departure—for all functions and locations across Canada. The CLO processes over 1000 external resources per year, ranging from individuals to multi-million dollar organizations. Responsibilities include:

The expected salary range in BC is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses. Salary is based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
