Role Description

Responsibilities may include the following and may be assigned to other duties. Performs on-site education or consulting. Assists field staff in delivering service to Medtronic customers and achieving best possible results. Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units. Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness. Works closely with Clinical Lead Team, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales to provide customer support. Identifies and facilitates execution of growth opportunities for sales and clinical support teams. Serves as a technical resource to support sales of specific medical products or solutions.

Typically an individual contributor with responsibility for a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages assigned projects and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. May act as a mentor to colleagues or oversee the work of junior professionals. Most of the time is spent delivering and overseeing projects from design to implementation, adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education.
