Job summary

A leading company in the orthodontic field is seeking an Integration Specialist to enhance the digital platform in Orthodontic accounts. This role involves working closely with orthodontic teams to foster relationships, optimize practice workflows, and implement solutions to enhance growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in orthodontics, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in orthodontic practice or corporate setting.
  • Bilingualism in French/English required for Quebec roles.
  • Valid driver’s license and legal right to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Integration Specialist

Description: As an Integration Specialist, you will drive implementation, integration, and acceleration of Align’s digital platform in targeted Orthodontic accounts via in-office engagements. You will apply clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic practice workflows to accelerate practice growth and improve efficiencies. Primary areas of focus will be:

  • Integration and maximization of the iTero suite of systems and applications
  • Implementation of clinical and treatment planning workflows for Align products and services
  • Acceleration of the Align Doctor Subscription Program within select offices

You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff, providing customized practice insights and enablement strategies. You will perform thorough customer “current state” assessments and create prioritized account-level goals and defined work paths to optimize integration and acceleration of Align’s digital orthodontic solutions. Desired skills include, but are not limited to, needs-based discovery, clinical and business knowledge of orthodontic practices, proficiency in training plan development, effective communication skills, and high accountability to goals and expectations. In this role, you will support Align Orthodontic Territory Managers to improve the digital adoption experience for key accounts.

Role expectations
  1. Guide orthodontic customers through optimization of iTero workflow and increase utilization of patient education and conversion applications.
  2. Develop personalized plans based on practice goals, KPIs, and track progress.
  3. Assist in integrating new product launches into office workflow.
  4. Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  5. Foster positive relationships within practice teams and build relationships with partners using a consultative approach.
  6. Deliver clinical training and presentations to maximize product implementation and utilization.
  7. Leverage resources and manage integration of iTero scanner and Invisalign processes.
  8. Work with sales and support functions to prioritize opportunities.
  9. Mentor internal and external partners on best practices.
  10. Stay engaged with orthodontic industry trends and changes.
  11. Use data/analytics to support customer decision-making.
  12. Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote Align/iTero solutions.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; clinical degree in dentistry or ortho office management preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in orthodontic practice or corporate setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Superior English communication skills; bilingualism in French/English required for Quebec roles.
  • High customer-service standards.
  • Troubleshooting, research, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Legal right to work in Canada and ability to travel to the US.

Work Schedule / Hours:

  • Standard 5-day, 40-hour work week.
  • Estimated 50% travel, including nights and weekends based on events.
