Job summary
Airmedic, based in Quebec, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Medical Operations to lead medical teams and ensure efficient operations from its St-Hubert base.
The role requires a nursing degree, 3+ years in nursing (emergency/critical care), CPR/BLS, and leadership experience. Proficiency in French and English is essential; ITLS/ACLS/NRP assets are a plus. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree and active licensure in Quebec.
- Minimum of 3 years in nursing, including emergency/critical care.
- Current CPR/BLS training; ACLS/ITLS/PALS/NRP assets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources for daily operations to meet mission objectives.
- Plan deployments, operations, and monitor deployed resources.
- Ensure information sharing and support for the medical team.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Handle first-level operational issues and ensure smooth activities.
- Provide flight nurse duties as needed to maintain field expertise.
- Conduct quality assurance analyses of missions.
- Maintain medical standby readiness; mobilize changes as required.
- Foster innovation and collaboration within the team.
