Job summary

Covenant Health Canada is seeking a Clinical Liaison, MDR Redevelopment to lead clinical and operational efforts across MDR redevelopment initiatives, capital projects, renovations, and equipment installations. You will act as the primary MDR expert, guiding planning, design, construction, commissioning, and readiness to ensure safe, compliant facilities and workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a healthcare-related discipline with current professional registration where applicable.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in Medical Device Reprocessing.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for Medical Device Reprocessing redevelopment initiatives, capital projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Support project planning, design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness to ensure safe, compliant MDR operations.
• Serve as the key liaison among project teams, clinical stakeholders, Facilities Management, Infection Prevention and Control, Clinical Engineering, and MDR operations.
