Job summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to join the Regional Clinical Education team. The role leads education programs and supports BSN education pathways, aiming to expand student placements and develop clinical education partnerships.

The position requires strategic and operational leadership, collaboration with internal and external partners, and a focus on equity and high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred with seven to ten years of leadership experience.
• Current registration with a recognized professional association.
• Basic computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheet and/or database programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to a frontline department.
• Deliver education services through multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead education planning, implementation and evaluation of services.
