Generations Toronto, a not-for-profit intergenerational community campus, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RPN) in Toronto. You will provide clinical quality support, guidance and education to the residence’s nursing staff, residents, and families to meet ongoing care needs.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant long-term care or assisted living experience, experience with seniors, and post-secondary nursing education with active Ontario registration.

AgeCare has been appointed as the manager of the Generations Toronto long-term care home and is recruiting the Clinical Coordinator (RPN) on behalf of Generations Toronto.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical quality support, guidance and education to the residence’s nursing staff, residents, and their family members in order to ensure the continuing care needs of our residents are met.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
