AgeCare Ltd. is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for Generations Toronto, a not-for-profit intergenerational campus in Toronto. The NP will work with the MD, DOC and interdisciplinary team to provide resident care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and support care planning and family SDMs.

AgeCare has been appointed as the manager of the Generations Toronto long-term care home and is recruiting the Nurse Practitioner on behalf of Generations Toronto.
The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs within his/her level of competency. This role provides quality and safe resident care which helps to support and align resident needs.
$100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
