Job summary

Guelph Community Health Centre is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead day-to-day clinical operations within the HART HUB and Integrated Programs. The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical support, ensuring high-quality care aligned with the Centre’s Mission and Service Delivery Philosophy.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in health, business, social sciences or related fields.
• Registered healthcare professional with 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience supervising healthcare staff and coordinating programs.
• Understanding harm reduction, social determinants of health and anti-oppressive practice.
• Knowledge of financial and human resource management within healthcare.
• Experience with mental health challenges, addictions or homelessness is a plus.
• Client-centred, trauma-informed approach and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to nursing, administrative and in-reach teams, including scheduling.
• Monitor clinic operations and manage immediate staffing needs and incidents.
• Collaborate with program managers to support integrated operations and leadership.
• Provide hands-on clinical support, triage, assist procedures, and manage supplies.
• Support program partnerships and ensure alignment with policies and funder requirements.
• Participate in budget development and review expenditures with applicable policies.
