Job summary

Passion Dental Group (Anytime Dental) is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality hygiene care at one of our state-of-the-art clinics in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area. You will join a patient-first team focused on personalized care in a modern setting.

Placement is at one of 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge) with flexible days, evenings, and weekends. CDHO-registered hygienists with IPAC and CPR certifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program; registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
• Valid liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA), IPAC and CPR certifications.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital charting tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
• Conduct periodontal assessments and build customized maintenance plans.
• Guide patients on preventive oral strategies and home care techniques with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain detailed, precise digital charting to ensure accurate ongoing patient care.
• Partner with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to maintain smooth daily scheduling and practice flow.

Role Details

• Position Location: KWC Region – Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)

• Compensation: $50.00 – $55.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

• Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

• Schedule: Flexible availability required for Days, Evenings, and Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
