Hamilton Dental, part of Passion Dental Clinics, is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager in Hamilton, ON. You will be the operational and cultural leader, overseeing daily clinic operations, payroll, scheduling, and patient experience.

This fast-paced role requires 2+ years in dental clinic management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You’ll collaborate with the team to drive performance, budgeting, and community outreach, while ensuring high-quality patient care.

We’re hiring a Clinic Manager for "Hamilton Dental" in Hamilton, ON

Hamilton Dental is part of our Passion Dental Clinics network and is rapidly expanding! Due to high patient volume, we are adding a Clinic Manager to partner alongside our current Clinic Manager. Together, you will co-lead the team, streamline daily operations, and share ownership in driving the success of a high-volume, patient-focused practice.

Role Details

Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager
Location: Hamilton, ON
Clinic: Hamilton Dental, 50 DUNDURN STREET S, #103
Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; will need to be able to work evenings and weekends)
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success:

• Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions
• Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
• Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture

What You Bring

• 2+ years of dental clinic management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
