• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and skincare products.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of medical equipment.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients.
• Staff Management and Development: recruit, train, and oversee the staff; create and manage staff schedules; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback; identify training needs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
