Job summary

Medcan is seeking a dedicated Facilities Attendant to join our Markham-based Facilities Team. The role covers all clinic areas, including lounges, offices and examination rooms, with responsibilities directed by the General Manager, Markham.

The position is full-time, 5 days a week 8:30am–5:00pm, stationed at Medcan’s Markham location, 600 Cochrane Drive. You’ll support breakfast service, stock lounge areas, and respond to client needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to regularly drive between locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Full-time position and must be available.
• Prior hotel housekeeping experience in a 4-5 Star Hotel is an asset.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of all areas of the clinic.
• Housekeeping opening and closing procedures.
• Setting up and managing breakfast, lunch and snacks in clinic lounges.
• Stocking and inventory for the clinic lounges.
• Maintenance of restrooms and locker rooms.
• Inventory and order placement for daily breakfast, lunch and snacks.
• Review and reporting of any maintenance deficiencies.
