Job summary

Carbon Engineering seeks a Project Coordinator to support planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for its Technology Development Campus. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, working from office, home, and on-site with travel to ensure milestones are met.

Required 2–5 years in project management or coordination, familiarity with permits and industrial development from design to commissioning, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management or coordinator experience.
• Experience working with municipalities to obtain Occupancy Permits (Development Permit, Soil Management Permit, Building Permit & Site Servicing Agreements).
• Experience on commercial & industrial developments from design to commissioning.
• Experience in issuing RFIs/RFQs and reviewing vendor documents, drawings and specs.
• Experience in SIMOPs and managing multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Tenant Improvement installations and manage internal & consultant teams.
• Develop scope, cost, schedule and execution strategies for CE TDC projects.
• Manage monthly project status reports, scope changes, schedule, budget and risks.
• Identify, report and resolve unsafe conditions and incidents in line with policy.
• Support safety compliance and bridge system training.
