Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in project coordination or account management within web design, digital marketing, or technology services.
• Ability to understand and explain web design, development, and online strategy concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, project management software, and basic office productivity applications.
• Analytical skills to interpret client needs, business objectives, and project performance metrics.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with designers, developers, and other team members.
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working with a diverse client base (e.g., SMEs, non-profits, public sector) is an asset.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, website usability, and online customer experience best practices is beneficial.
