Job summary

Markage is seeking a Client Manager to join our Canadian team in a hybrid role based in Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate delivery across active accounts, and translate client needs into clear internal actions while maintaining visibility across scope, timing, approvals, and risks.

You will collaborate with clients, account leadership, designers, strategists, producers, project managers, finance, and specialist teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating client work, accounts, projects, or professional-service delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to organize complex information clearly.
  • Holds a valid Dex Management Group Manager Certification (DEX-MGM) in the Sales & Customer Success domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication and working relationships across assigned client accounts.
  • Translate client requests, feedback, and priorities into clear briefs, actions, and next steps.
  • Maintain project status, timing, approvals, scope information, dependencies, and account records.
  • Coordinate internal teams and follow up on actions needed to keep work moving.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, presentations, estimates, and supporting documents.
  • Identify delivery risks, unclear requests, missing information, or scope changes and raise them early.
  • Support account planning, resourcing, invoicing inputs, and routine commercial administration.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure commitments are documented and followed through.

Job description

Markage is looking for a Client Manager to join our Canadian team in a hybrid role based in Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto.

This role focuses on managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating delivery across active accounts. You will translate client needs into clear internal actions, maintain visibility across scope, timing, approvals, and risks, and help teams deliver work that is accurate, useful, and aligned with agreed expectations.

You will work with clients, account leadership, designers, strategists, producers, project managers, finance, and specialist teams. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected.

AI-assisted tools may be used for meeting summaries, status reporting, scope tracking, research, documentation, and preparation of client-facing materials. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.

  • Agency, studio, consulting, or other multi-client experience.
  • Experience with project-management, CRM, estimating, or account-management systems.
  • Experience supporting budgets, scopes, change requests, or account reporting.
