Job Summary
We’re seeking anenergetic, compassionate, results driven and highly organizedClient Success & Sales Coordinatorto join our in-person team in Calgary. This is apart-time employee role (25 hours/week)focused on helping prospective clients feel welcome, supported, and confident as they begin their nutrition and wellness journey.
As a key member of our client experience team, you’ll embody our company values ofpeace of mind,compassion,collaboration, andcustomizationin every interaction. You’ll respond to inbound inquiries, guide clients through our service offerings, and work alongside our Sales Manager to ensure every person feels heard, respected, and empowered.
This is aconsultative, inbound-only role— no cold calling is required at this time based on the warm leads coming into our practice.
