We’re seeking a Commercial Training Specialist to design and deliver skills-based training programs that elevate product knowledge, sharpen sales performance and boost customer satisfaction across the APAC region.
In this role, you’ll ensure our internal teams, dealer partners and external stakeholders have the technical and commercial expertise they need to drive our business forward.

Training & Development:
- Design and deliver complementary sales training (virtual workshops, presentations and hands-on sessions) for internal teams, dealers and customers
- Create and adapt high-quality training materials, manuals and e-learning resources and tailor centralised content to fit the needs of the APAC market
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to align product messaging and collect participant feedback for continuous improvement
Product Knowledge & Market Insight:
- Partner with product marketing and business managers to ensure the network can effectively position and sell each product across the APAC region
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations to keep the training content current
- Support new product launches by providing strategic training guidance and market insights
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate training records and assessments in the LMS
- Track completion against defined learning paths and report on training impact and performance improvements to management
Education & Qualifications:
- University degree in a technical field (mechanical or electrical) or a business degree with strong product/industry knowledge.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Agricultural background with solid knowledge of agricultural practices with a solid understanding of dealer sales business is essential
- 3-5 years of technical, marketing or field experience in agriculture, construction or a similar industry is preferred
- Commercially focused, target-driven self-starter with a strong customer orientation and market insight
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, marketing systems and statistical techniques
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experienced with e-learning tools (e.g. Lectora, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
- Ability to design and deliver training for international audiences, both face-to-face and remotely
- Well-organised (including travel planning) and willing to travel across the APAC region
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong project management and customer service skills
