Mountainwood Hospital in Windsor is seeking a compassionate receptionist to join our front office team. You will provide the highest level of client service and caring attention to both clients and patients.
Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, checking in/out, invoicing, and maintaining patient records. This is a full-time role with benefits and potential bonuses.
We are currently looking for a compassionate individual with exceptional client service skills to fulfill a receptionist position within our front office team. This individual will be expected to provide the highest level of quality service and outstanding care to both the clients and patients of our hospital.
Starting Hourly Wage $16-18/hr

Mountainwood Hospital is a 4 doctor, general practice in Windsor, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and client service. We have an enthusiastic and friendly team of individuals who are genuinely interested in outstanding service and quality care for our clients and their pets.
Our hours of operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00AM – 7:00PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
