Job description

Position Summary

The Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining client relationships for existing accounts. This role involves developing account strategies by understanding clients' businesses and collaborating with internal shared services to create high-value market solutions that drive revenue growth and reinforce Archway’s value proposition. The Manager must ensure effective execution of day-to-day account management tasks.

Key Results Area

  1. Execute tasks related to client requirements and ensure fulfillment of Client Services obligations and program specifications.
  2. Support onboarding processes and conduct a 6-month post go-live review of the rate card and SOW.
  3. Manage weekly client status meetings.
  4. Coordinate with departments to address client health issues and communicate corrective actions through weekly reports.
  5. Perform monthly financial assessments, explaining variances to FP&A.
  6. Ensure all services are billed according to the SOW and rate card.
  7. Prepare Business Review content by collaborating with Client Services, Operations, Support, and Sales teams.
  8. Identify new opportunities and communicate with Sales and Business leaders to drive revenue growth.
  9. Manage workload distribution among team members, ensuring accountability and task execution.
  10. Coach and develop direct reports, set clear expectations, and recognize achievements.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of successful major account management or sales experience.
  • Ability to build and deepen relationships with senior client contacts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding relationship management objectives.
  • Strong business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting employee development.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and legal documents.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

This is a hybrid role, ideally based in the Toronto/Mississauga area.
