Job Opportunity: Client Services Lead Box Office (Temporary, 12-Month Contract)

Location: TCU Place Arts and Convention Centre, Saskatoon, SK

TCU Place is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Services Lead, to join our Box Office team. This front-line position plays a key role in supporting both our theatre and convention operations through professional client service, efficient box office administration, and event coordination support.

This is a temporary 12-month contract with the potential to extend or move to permanency following the term.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience in the hospitality, convention, or theatre industry.
Hours of Work

Hours will vary based on event and operational requirements and will include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Hours are expected to average no less than 30 hours per week, though this is not a guarantee of hours.

Additional Details

This is a temporary, 12-month contract position with the potential for extension or transition to permanency following the term.
