The Client Services Coordinator acts as the first point of contact, handling schedules, files, and communications with care and accuracy.

The role requires post-secondary education, 3 years in client service or admin, strong MS Office knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed; experience in client service or admin in insurance/healthcare preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a strong asset.
• Detail-oriented with mature work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage IME service schedules and maintain the administrative database.
• Prepare and send consultant files as needed for completed services.
• Greet examinees and assist with forms completion.
• Coordinate courier deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Provide clerical support to consultants, management and staff.
• Develop relationships with clients and assessors.
