Job summary

Paladin Security invites a Client Service Manager to lead and grow security programs across Moncton health care contracts. You will develop strategies to support operations and staff capabilities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in a leadership position, bilingual French/English preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You will build client relationships, supervise training, and coordinate resources across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in security context is an asset.
• Bilingualism French/English preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to write comprehensive reports.
• Knowledge of fire safety, building codes, security, and privacy protection.

• Champion leadership and growth of Paladin Security's programs for Moncton health care contracts.
• Develop and coordinate implementation strategies to support operations and security programs.
• Oversee resources to meet contractual obligations.
• Address staff and client issues and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and staff engagement within the portfolio.
• Support HR with staffing interviews and ensure site orientations and trainings.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure client and staff needs are met.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist accounting to keep accounts up to date.

Client Service Manager - Moncton Region(Operations)

This leadership position will champion the leadership and growth of Paladin Security Group’s security programs for all Paladin health care contracts in Moncton, New Brunswick you will be challenged to develop and coordinate implementation strategies to support all of our operations and security program; and developing the capacity of Paladin staff to respond effectively to security and life safety emergencies.

Job Description

• Assists in the development of short term and long-range goals and objectives, ensuring that such plans support the goals, policies and vision of Paladin Security Group
• Develops implements, maintains and evaluates the security programs for Paladin’s contracts
• Oversees and schedule the appropriate resources to ensure all of the company’s contractual obligations are met
• Takes ownership of staff and client issues and supports the timely response to both groups
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the clients in the portfolio
• Performs interviews to support Human Resources to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the company’s contractual obligations
• Ensures there are thorough site training and employee orientations programs in place at all sites within the portfolio
• Visits with clients and the staff assigned to the sites regularly and ensure the needs of both the client and staff are met
• Monitors all accounts receivable of clients within the portfolio and assists accounting when needed to ensure all accounts are kept up to date

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industry experience in a leadership position is considered an important asset
• Bilingualism French/English is preferred
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
• Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on fire safety, building codes, security, and protection of privacy
• Must have strong leadership, social interaction and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to write and present proposals to large organizations
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Develops and promotes Paladin’s business where possible in a professional and positive manner.
• Responds to communications from clients or staff in a timely manner.
