ManpowerGroup, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher in Etobicoke, ON to join the Fleet Operations team. The role focuses on coordinating and dispatching drivers across the GTA, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, and maintaining dispatch logs and data.

The position requires 1–2 years in dispatching or logistics, strong GTA knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. Evening shifts are offered with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation operations (trucking or courier industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reports).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor route progress, traffic conditions, and delivery status to proactively resolve any delays.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance route efficiency and driver productivity.

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and distribution, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting transportation and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Shifts Available:

• AM Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• PM Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
