Job summary

Fraser Direct Distribution Services Ltd in Acton, ON is seeking a Client Service Advisor for a full-time, permanent role. You will own day-to-day service for a defined group of clients, build trusted relationships, and coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

You will respond to client questions with ownership, resolve issues such as short shipments or pricing errors, and contribute to process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service within logistics or warehousing is preferred.
• Ability to respond promptly, professionally, and take ownership.
• French language skills are an asset.
• Must have unrestricted Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by understanding requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Logistics to meet timelines.
• Resolve issues such as short shipments, pricing errors, and other service concerns.
• Maintain accurate client information and complete month-end/billing tasks.
