  • Work closely with consultants, insurers, and internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and implement solutions.

  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve plan design, cost management, and overall client outcomes.

  • Participate in client meetings and provide technical and service-related support.

  • Maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate multiple client priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in group benefits, preferably with experience spanning both consulting and client service.

  • Solid understanding of group benefits underwriting, renewals, claims experience, plan design, and financial analysis.

  • Proven experience providing direct client service and managing ongoing client relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex client issues and develop practical solutions.
