  • Coordinate multiple client priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in group benefits, preferably with experience spanning both consulting and client service.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in a benefits consulting house, brokerage, or advisory environment.
  • Solid understanding of group benefits underwriting, renewals, claims experience, plan design, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience providing direct client service and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex client issues and develop practical solutions.
