Job description

The purpose of the role is to support the client in all matters pertaining to supply issues and act as a conduit to resolve these issues between vendor partners and the client. Duties include supply disruption mitigation, reviewing missing or shorted items, resolving conflicts between drivers and staff, and addressing other vendor-related issues. The goal is to help the client resolve issues, promote vendor accountability, and maintain positive relationships. Additionally, the role involves acting as a consultant to the client, identifying cost savings and quality improvement opportunities for their support services, and facilitating access to Aramark programs and resources for implementing best practices. Responsibilities include preparing reports and financial information for the client, supported by financial clerical or analyst resources under your management.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to the client, providing best practice opportunities and cost-saving initiatives leveraging Aramark's buying power.
• Resolve vendor issues, including supply disruptions, missing or shorted items, and other vendor errors.
• Utilize Aramark supply chain resources to source products, equipment, and supplies to meet the client's specific needs.
• Proactively adapt to meet evolving client needs in a dynamic environment.
• Prepare reports and financial information for the client, including billing, with the support of financial resources you manage, ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Develop financial statements for Aramark and the client, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate access to Aramark support services and resources, supporting their implementation and use.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a client liaison and partner.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Aramark office, monitoring activities to ensure contractual deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years of combined education and experience.
• Experience in Hospitality Services Management (Food Services, Housekeeping, Laundry), preferably in healthcare settings such as acute or long-term care.
• Knowledge of support services, supply chain, and financial management.
• Skills in adaptability, proactivity, responsiveness, active listening, relationship building, and presentation.
• Registered Dietitian or CSNM designation preferred.
