Role Description

We are looking for a Coordinator for our Client Operations team to support our Director of Operations in ensuring client success and operational excellence. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities for client services, assisting with presentations, performing business analyses, and ensuring timely execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teams. This is a remote position, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, extremely organized, and a self-starter.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of client presentations.
  • Perform business analysis on client business results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate go-to-market calendars with clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and timelines.
  • Work closely with internal creative, analytical, and media teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and provide updates on project status.
  • Support the Director of Operations in managing client relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce, or related field preferred (BBA, HBA, BCom).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed business analyses.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
