Job summary

Payworks seeks an Implementation Specialist to deliver seamless onboarding for clients, from sale closure to go-live and ongoing support. You will train clients on Payroll, Attendance, Time, HR, Reporting and Applicant Tracking within Payworks’ product suite.

You will manage requirements gathering, provide expert guidance, and ensure accurate database setups with attention to data integrity and client success.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative and/or customer service experience with needs analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and guide administrators through Payworks product.
• Implement client onboarding from data entry to first go-live and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure successful transitions and training.
