Job summary

Payworks is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients, from sale close to handoff to client service. You will manage setup, train clients, and ensure a smooth transition onto the Payworks platform with excellent service and support.

You will work on end-to-end implementations across Payroll, Attendance, Time, HR, Reporting, and Applicant Tracking, collaborating with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative and/or customer service experience with needs analysis
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and numerical data handling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills to manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and guide administrators with Payworks product knowledge and payroll best practices
• Lead the end-to-end client implementation process from data entry to first go-live and ongoing support
• Collaborate with multiple Payworks teams to ensure successful client onboarding and training
• Provide thorough training and enable clients to use Payworks solutions effectively including module familiarity
