About The Role

The Ontario Commercial Lines Division seeks an Account/Client Manager to interact daily with clients and develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Responsibilities

1. Assist producers in preparing applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
2. Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and walk-ins, addressing questions on coverage, billing, claims, audits, etc.
3. Identify revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
4. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and NFP staff.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required.
• Over 3 years of industry experience in broking or underwriting.
• Experience with multi-line coverage on Mid-Market to Complex accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and remotely.
• Client-focused with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Proficiency in computer skills; EPIC experience is a plus.
