Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Manager for our Digital Team in Personal Lines to service clients via live chat and email. You will provide front-line counseling on personal insurance coverage, tailored to client needs and exposures.

Responsibilities include handling client files, issuing policies, renewals, and upselling where appropriate, in a hybrid Oshawa/Hamilton setting.

Qualifications

RIBO license in good standing required; AB Gen 1 or another provincial license an asset
Typically 3+ years in personal lines with broad market portal experience
Proficiency with broker management systems such as EPIC and ARS; RingCentral is a plus
Strong written communication and accurate typing skills
Ability to work in a hybrid Oshawa/Hamilton environment

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service while managing client files to retain customers
Issue policies and changes on insurer portals; maintain relationships with underwriters
Review renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes; remarket where needed
Contribute to premium growth by upselling coverages and cross-selling other lines
Stay informed on insurer products and market intelligence
Communicate with clients via live chat, email, and phone
