Job summary

NFP, a global advisory firm, is seeking a Client Manager for our Digital Team in Oshawa. The role primarily services clients via live chat and email, offering tailored personal insurance guidance based on client needs and exposures.

We expect 3+ years in personal lines with RIBO, strong communicator in English (French optional), and familiarity with insurer portals. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• RIBO license in good standing required; AB Gen 1 or another provincial license an asset
• Typically, more than 3 years of industry and/or personal lines experience
• High level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a Contact Centre environment and/or digital role is an asset
• Proven proficiency with broker management systems including EPIC, ARS and RingCentral
• Strong problem-solving and retention-focused mindset
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to support growth
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
• Professional insurance designation is a plus (e.g., CAIB, CIP, CRM)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service while handling client file activities to retain clients
• Issue policies and changes on insurer portals; maintain relationships with underwriters
• Review renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes; rewrite/remarket to enhance experience
• Contribute to premium growth targets by upselling appropriate coverages
• Stay up to date with insurer products and market intelligence
• Communicate with clients via live chat, email and phone
