Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Manager for our Digital Team in Oshawa/Hamilton. You will service clients through live chat and email, advise on personal insurance coverage, and help tailor solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities include processing policies, renewals, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining strong carrier relationships. This is a hybrid, full-time role with base salary and incentives. Fluency in English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• RIBO license in good standing required; AB Gen 1 asset.
• 3+ years in personal lines with broad portal experience.
• Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a contact centre or digital role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service via live chat and email.
• Issue policies and changes on insurer portals; liaise with underwriters.
• Review renewals, endorsements and midterm changes; remarketing where needed.
• Contribute to premium growth by upselling coverages and referrals.
• Stay up to date with insurer products and market intelligence.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, email and phone.
