Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is expanding its Personal Lines sales team in Ontario. We are seeking a Client Executive to leverage industry knowledge and provide a best‑in‑class client experience through customized solutions that protect, comfort and recover, giving peace of mind to new and existing clients.

You will be responsible for expert advisory, meeting sales targets, processing applications, coordinating with underwriters, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• RIBO in good standing is required.
• Typically 2 years of Personal Lines experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience with major domestic Personal Lines markets (Intact, Aviva, SGI, etc.).
• Strong sales drive and commitment to delivering top‑notch client service.
• Professional presentation and demeanor with solid insurance knowledge.
• Self‑management with strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Team player with adaptability and collaboration.
• Ability to multi‑task in fast‑paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and counselling to prospects about personal insurance coverage.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and department goals.
• Prepare documentation for prospects: complete applications, issue certificates, and process applications.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters and internal teams.
• Resolve concerns or complaints professionally with product knowledge.
• Quote new prospects using rating services or portals.
• Represent the brokerage at industry functions as needed.
• Stay current on industry changes and workflows.
• Participate in training initiatives.
