Job summary

Blackline Safety is seeking a Client Implementation Coordinator to be the primary contact for new clients and major account changes. You will gather requirements, configure customized online accounts, and deliver comprehensive training on hardware, software, and data analytics to help clients fully leverage Blackline's products.

• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven project coordination experience or willingness to learn.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage 50+ clients and projects.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn Blackline's products and tools.
• Detail-oriented with accurate execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple deployments simultaneously with on-time delivery.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to execution.
• Design custom account structures tailored to client needs.
• Lead training sessions for end-users and executives, in person and online.
• Stay up to date with Blackline's offerings and best practices.
• Proactively manage client expectations and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Support field trials and new product rollouts with clear communication.
• Share insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
