Job summary

Blackline Safety is seeking a Client Implementation Coordinator to lead deployments and client adoption. You will gather requirements, set up customized online account structures, and deliver comprehensive training on hardware, software, and data analytics to help clients maximize Blackline’s products.

You will manage multiple deployments, oversee the full lifecycle, and build strong client relationships from day one. Travel as needed and ongoing product learning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple deployments or projects.
• Ability to train users on hardware, software and data analytics.
• Strong organizational skills; can handle 50+ clients/projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn product offerings.
• Detail-oriented with high quality execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM & ERP systems, and PM tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

The Client Implementation Coordinator serves as the primary contact for new Blackline clients and those undergoing major account changes, ensuring smooth and successful implementations. They understand client needs by gathering requirements for successful deployments and providing effective change management support. They lead the setup of customized online account structures, ensuring optimal configurations for each client. They provide comprehensive training on hardware, software, and data analytics to help clients fully leverage Blackline’s products and services. They build strong, lasting relationships with clients from day one, setting the stage for ongoing success and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple deployment simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and scope adherence.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to execution, resolving any challenges that arise.
• Design custom account structures tailored to client needs, optimizing usage, growth, and transparency.
• Lead engaging training sessions for both end-users and executives, in-person and online.
• Stay up to date with Blackline’s offerings, becoming an expert on products and best implementation practices.
• Proactively manage client expectations, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment throughout project delivery.
• Continuously seek process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance effectiveness.
• Support field trials and new products rollouts, working with teams to ensure clear communication and smooth transitions.
• Share key insights and learnings with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

About You

• Additional language skills are considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project coordination experience, or entry-level candidates eager to learn also considered.
• Superior organizational skills, able to manage 50+ clients and projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Tech savvy and able to quickly learn Blackline’s product offerings.
• Detail-oriented and accurate, ensuring high quality execution of all tasks.
