Responsibilities

Engage customers in day-to-day advisory needs and transactions.
Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Educate customers on digital banking trends (mobile, ATM, online).
Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Complete business processes and procedures timely and accurately.
Ensure documentation aligns with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.
