• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
• Understand customer needs and guide to right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking usage.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues to management.
• Contribute to improvements in branch operations to enhance customer experience.
