Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking trends.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions.
• Identify and report non-standard issues to management.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and regulatory compliance.
