Job summary

Tomlinson Group of Companies in Vars, Ontario is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support pricing, quotations, order entry, and account support for the Ready-Mix Concrete division. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to meet their needs and drive sales growth.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college diploma or degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management considered an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, dispatching, logistics, or ready-mix/construction materials preferred.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, quotes, and special project opportunities.
• Review tender documents to identify concrete specs, quantities, and project requirements.
• Prepare and distribute pricing information; support customer pricing programs.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Enter orders accurately; coordinate with Dispatch, Production, Quality Control, and Sales.
