Job summary

RBC Winnipeg is seeking a client-focused Banking Associate to support everyday banking, credit and investment needs across Southwest Winnipeg. You'll teach digital banking, onboard clients in-office, and refer opportunities to specialists to create meaningful client experiences.

As an RBC ambassador, you’ll respond to inquiries, build relationships, and collaborate with partners to maximize referrals, all while delivering trusted advice and growing your career with RBC.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
• Problem-solving and people skills to build strong client relationships.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics and drive to succeed.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs and sales opportunities.
• Educate clients on digital banking and demonstrate solutions to deliver memorable experiences.
• Assist with a full range of financial transactions and respond to client inquiries.
• Listen actively to understand individual needs and resolve issues.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize referrals and business.
• Collaborate with RBC teams to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
