Job summary

RBC in Winnipeg seeks a Business Banking Advisor to provide tailored financial guidance and manage a portfolio of high-value small business clients. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in a sales-focused role.
• Business development and client acquisition skills with ability to leverage local Centres of Influence.
• Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, grow and deepen client relationships through tailored financial advice to meet their needs.
• Proactively contact clients, understand needs and satisfaction with RBC.
• Plan and prioritize activities, introduce RBC partners to fulfill clients’ financial needs.
• Manage risk and due diligence in banking procedures.
• Champion digital tools and RBC mobile and online applications.
• Visit clients on-site to understand business objectives and operations.
