• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and a hunger for success.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Bilingualism (English and French) required for English/French-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs and sales opportunities.
• Focus on client education, use of technology, and delivering a memorable client experience to drive sales.
• Respond to client-initiated requests with a full range of financial transactions.
• Listen to clients to understand needs and resolve banking problems proactively.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
