Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Personal Banking Associate at our Montréal LaSalle branch. You will engage customers, process transactions, and guide clients to the right staff for solutions including new accounts and investments.

You’ll promote digital banking and support frontline teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
• Guide customers to appropriate staff for complex queries.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-serve options.
• Support frontline staff with transactions and issue resolution.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations and processes.
• Ensure documentation aligns with regulations and code of conduct.
