Job summary

Charter Telecom seeks a Managed Services Delivery Expert based in Calgary to manage daily operations, client relations, and proactive network management within our CMS. You will act as SME for client environments, maintain runbooks, and ensure SLA adherence.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in MSP/VAR environments, Cisco/Fortinet/Extreme expertise, and relevant NSE/CCNP-type certifications or working toward them. Hybrid work model with on-site client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology, Networking or related field.
Minimum 5+ years in networking/Managed Services or MSP environment.
Professional certifications (NSE/ACP/ECS/CCNP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain high-touch client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Lead system upgrades, patching, and proactive maintenance per SLAs.
Coordinate client projects with delivery teams and stakeholders.
Triage incidents/requests and maintain accurate runbooks and docs.
Provide technical leadership for secure network environments and best practices.
Participate in after-hours upgrades, support, and on-call rotations.
Identify efficiencies and advocate improvements within client environments.
