Job summary

Charter, a Calgary-based information technology provider, seeks a Managed Services Delivery Expert to maintain client relationships, manage incidents, and drive proactive network operations. You will ensure SLAs are met while delivering technical guidance and runbooks.

Role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Extreme, and F5, plus relevant certifications and a willingness to grow. Hybrid work in downtown Calgary is offered with on-site collaboration and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Extreme, and F5.
• Professional level NSE/ACP/ECS/CCNP or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue additional industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and align with SLAs.
• Provide system upgrades, patching recommendations.
• Assist with client projects as part of implementation team.
• Perform proactive maintenance and incident management.
• Document runbooks and technical procedures.
